The Family court deals with multiple problematics related to the personal affairs ; judicial divorces, civil registry matters, guardianship requests, custody of children, inheritance litigations, etc.
In 2016, a new legal reform in France has withdrawn the divorces by mutual consent from the courts and they are, since then, made by an act drafted by two lawyers, in order to relieve congestion in the courts.
